Beres, setelah tepung sagu adem masukkin wadah tutup, keju juga simpen dulu. Besok bikin, dengan catatan gak males.<br />Minggu sore, bangun tidur, mana adem lagi hujyaaannn....sambil ngurusin bocah, nguprek di dapur dah, mulai deh ikutin step2nya. Masih blum ngerti bedanya dengan Lapis mandarin, resepnya sama, cuman kalo lapis mandarin cukup 2 lapis saja. Rasanya? Jangan ditanya hehehhe....mak nyuuusss....cuman kalo inget kolesterol, mending coret dari daftar. Tiap lapis mengandung 6 kuning telor. Tahap pertama, saya langsung buat 2 ly lapis kuning, bisa muat di oven, pertama taruh di rak tengah, sesudah matang, karena oven saya gak ada api atasnya, saya pindah ke rak paling atas untuk mengeringkan permukaan cake. Ini barang, dari pertama beli (lupa kapan, 2 / 3th yang lalu), cuman sekali pake !!!, bikin mie jg, tapi gatot !!!...abis itu si pembeli bete & ngambeg, jadilah si pasta machine penghuni gudang di lt 2. Mana udah maghrib lagi, gudang mulai gelap - bohlamnya putus sodara2, terpaksa pake senter, untung ada senter besar punya bapak. Ulenin semua jd satu sampe kalis, adonan cenderung agak kering & keras. Bagi adonan jadi 4, diamkan dulu 20 menit, selimutin pake kain basah.<br /><br />Setelah itu mulai deh menggiling-giling, bagian ini yang Ajeng suka banget. Tipisin dulu adonan, masukkan ke gilingan pasta, no 2, kmd lipet, masukkin lg ke no 2, trus no 3, terakhir ke no 4. Kalo ada bolong2, taburin terigu, giling lagi. Stlh solid di ketebalan no 5, taburin terigu masukkin ke cetakan mie. Taraaaaa......cantek...cantek......didihkan air + 1 sdm minyak goreng, masak deh mie nya ampe mateng. Kalo ngaduk di kompor jangan anaknya ya, awalnya encer kayak bubur, lama2 ya jd playdough, berat ngaduknya. Tp percaya deh gak nyampe 15 menit udah jd playdoughnya. Saya buat 3 warna: pink, kuning, purple.
