Brownie Cupcakes

Dewi Joris, pagi2 sharing sama saya kelezatan brownies ini, cerita doang sih gak kebagian hehehe. ..gak lama dia posting resepnya di blognya, sumber asli resep dari Martha Stewart, dia juga info kalo Mbak Vania udah posting jg resepnya di blog. Sempet nyari semisweet chocolate di SPM sebrang kantor, tp kosong (hiks, kalo ada mahil juga), ya udah end up pake Colata ajah, kurangin jumlah gula jadi 1/2 cups, saya takut kemanisan. Saya coba resep ini, praktis banget deh, gak pakai mixer, aduk pake whisk. Pagi2 saya bawa ke kantor brownie cupcake untuk sarapan....hhhmmmm....enyaaakkkk...coklatnya nendang banget, paduan cooking coklat & coklat bubuk. Saya copy kan resepnya dari Martha Stewart:


Makes 12


6 tablespoons unsalted butter (saya pake merek anchor)
11 ounces best-quality semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped (pake DCC, collata 8 ounces)
3 large eggs
1 cup sugar (saya 3/4 cups)
3/4 cup all-purpose flour (segitiga biru)
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa (van houten)
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, (optional)
Nonstick cooking spray
Mrs. Milman's Chocolate Frosting ---> gak pake



Directions


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a 12-count muffin tin with cupcake liners, and spray generously with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

*panaskan oven 350C, alas cetakan muffin / cupcake dg papercup
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and 8 ounces of chocolate. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat, and set aside.

*lelehkan butter & DCC dengan panas sedang, sisihkan (jgn sampai cair banget, biarkan agak menggumpal saja, sisa panas panci akan bikin leleh sempurna kok)
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar.
*Kocok gula & telor menggunakan whisk

Add flour, cocoa, and baking soda.
*Tambahkan tepung, coklat bubuk, baking soda

(sebelumnya saya campur tepung + coklat bubuk & ayak)

Stir in the melted chocolate until combined.
*Masukkan coklat leleh, aduk sampai rata

Stir in remaining 3 ounces of chocolate and nuts if desired.
*yang ini saya gak pake

Using a 2-ounce ice cream scoop, fill cupcake liners 3/4 full with batter. Bake until a firm crust forms on the cupcakes, about 20 minutes. Remove to a wire rack to cool, about 10 minutes. Remove cupcakes from pan, and continue to cool on a wire rack.
*Bagi2 adonan ke dalam cetakan muffin / cupcakes dengan menggunakan ice cream scoop, kalo saya 2/3 cupnya. Panggang sampai matang, biarkan dingin.

Ice cupcakes with a generous amount of chocolate frosting.
